Eastern Michigan Football Player Demarius Reed Shot To Death
Eastern Michigan player Demarius Reed was found shot to death early Friday (October 18), prompting an off-campus homicide investigation. He was just 20 years old.
According to the AP, his body was found in a hallway of an apartment complex in Ypsilanti, MI at around 7:15 a.m. by his roommate... shot to death. Further details were unknown at press time.
Reed was a junior receiver at Eastern Michigan University, and a standout at Simeon High School in Chicago. He played in six games this season, catching 15 passes for 185 yards and a touchdown.
