Phil The Thrill – CH8NGE

"The Only Constant In Life Is Change." Once quoted by Heraclitus, this holds true in all but now more than ever for Virginia Hip Hop Artist Phil The Thrill. The former XXL magazine featured artist now finds himself living in the city of Atlanta where "down south", trunk rattling, club anthems get most of the attention as far as the hip hop scene goes. 

 Like many before him the pressures of conforming to fit in with new surroundings ways heavily on any artist relocating to a totally different demographic. Phil seems not to be fazed by this at all as he is back with his thought provoking real life music. "CH8NGE" (produced by Fatir) is just the beginning of what's to come on the upcoming Barely Awake II EP slated for a Fall 2013 release.
